any free video editing software?

i have video pad but i cant figure out a dang thing about it. does anyone have or know of a good and easy to use video editor so i can add my outro and edit the outro in it and do what they do in peoples outros? with a free editor. i dont have the money and if i did i would probably still want a free one. so a free editor that has the ability like photoshop or whatever so i can edit my videos and outro slate to have playing videos so i can have it at the the end of my video for people to see and click on.

oh no you caught me, haha well when i get an outro art made by you i wanted to know how exactly people put their videos on them i figured out what i want the outro slate thing look like i got a fresh new idea on it but i wasnt sure how the videos would get there, i tried to see if annotations is what makes that happen but i found out people use an editing software. so i youtube tutorials but none of them are for free software.

i think he means at the end of the video a space with a previous or newer video playing so he can annotate it on YouTube to link them to it...or nah?
