Any feedback on my latest video?

Hi guys, I uploaded the third episode of my spurs FM 2015 career yesterday and I tried to make it a little different to the first two. Any advice/feedback would be extremely appreciated (I've worked out how to fix the black box around the screen) Cheers guys!
