Any disadvantages with scheduled videos?

AmbossTV

I Love YTtalk
I'm just curious. Do you know if there are any disadvantages or things to keep in mind when scheduling a video vs releasing it manually? I scheduled two videos on my channel and they are the ones with the lowest number of views. Even though most of the vids got released around the same time of the day each Tuesday (just with those two I wasn't at the PC at that time).

It might just be a coincidence though because I think they are also not the best ones. Still strange...

It's the same time as the ones I released manually. I was just wondering if they don't appear the same way in people's home feeds but maybe it IS just the videos themselves and no technical thing.

I have been scheduling my videos for as long as I have had the ability. They free up my time and allow me to set a predictable schedule for my viewers. I see no disadvantages to them.

I schedule most of my videos since I have to upload them on a Wi-Fi connection away from home (my home connection is slow and limited - I don't have internet, I have stupidnet). I've never noticed any issues with them not being viewed or anything like that.

It is good that you are keeping an eye on what is working and what isn't. But is it because those videos were scheduled or was it because of the content?

Looking at the answers so far it might be the content :)
Thx everyone

I'm one of some curious YouTubers about scheduled videos. Most of the times my scheduled videos get fewer views than unscheduled ones. Yet they are the similar videos I post all the time. I think despite the pros, this scheduling strategy in some way affects the performance of the videos. Now I don't schedule frequently as it was in past.
