Another problem

I just looked at my computer and there is a copy fan there. I think the card goes fans facing down and the cpu fan is above it. So would this interfere?

seems norm at me.... although if the fans are facing at each other you might run into fans burning out quicker if they are not facing rate at each other i don't see the problem..
