i want to watch animes tv servies and review them and make live reactions
while i do this the anime will shown on the left down corner. is this fair use can i do this wihtout any trouble ?
which animes can i watch is there a list or do all animes belong the fair use if i do this ?maybe there is a list with does and dont like marque dragon?..

Your chosen content vehicle is using someone elses content and providing what in essence are RiffTrax on top of it. This doesn't meet fair use qualification and isn't a review.

How do you know they haven't got a third party match? It's not fair use what you're thinking of doing, also don't have that mentality of "oh he does it and gets away with it so why don't I?", it's like someone killed someone and got away with it, and then you kill someone but get caught, you're hardly going to tell a Judge "oh but he done it and got away with it", they'll laugh at you.

Other channels upload tv shows, movies and music too, doesn't mean it's legal. You also don't know if they have permission or not.

Live commentary/reactions are not a review. Just like if I uploaded Ocean's Eleven and said at the end "10 out of 10 would bang George Cloony" isn't a review.
