I'm looking for someone to draw me an Anime style me for my YouTube Avatar

I have spikey brown hair and Green eyes (I assume thats the main features)

For anyone who agrees to do this, I will feature your channel on my Channel and also might throw in a few YTtalk $$$ Every now and then
