Animation help please :D

A Destructive Panda
So recently i am thinking of starting animation, im ok at drawing and most likely to create 2D animations, however i wouldn't know what program to make the actual characters move, i have Photoshop so creating the scenes, e.t.c will not be a problem.

lastly i would be grateful for any help with animation, Thanks in advanced
p.s i dont have to much money to spend :D
 
What type of animation? Frame by frame? Or more character tween/rigging.

I use either flash or after effects. but there are some other animation programs out there that are either free or within the price range. Just think a little more about your technique how you want to create your animation.

I have heard alot about flash, is it simply called flash because i can only find the software, but i am looking to do frame by frame stuff, thanks for the help :D

In that case: toonboom, Adobe flash (used to be macromedia), tvpaint, and anime studio I believe. :)

What sought of prices are we looking at, and i would like to do the sought of animation you did in your signature, by the way thats very good :D
