Request Animated character?

Hello, I have been literally wanting one of these for quite a while as I have seen a lot of people on YouTube with them. I have wanted an animated character of myself for a while as I would like to put it on my channel banner and have an animated version of myself, because my channel name is JoshiLikeYoshi, it would be weird having a Yoshi, with no Joshi. I don't know how to really do it, so I was wondering if there is a way I can make one. I have the ideas for it already and perfect, but I don't have money to may someone else to do it and I don't have the skills to do it myself professionally how I want it, but I want to make it free. Thank you.
 
I can do any character you wish for $15 AUD. :)

Thanks a lot, Zack. I was kinda worried when I saw $15 as I don't have money to pay, so it is very nice of you to make it for free while also contributing to your portfolio. Thank you very much :)
