Am I wrong about that?

Ok I quit Youtube but was thinking on creating some content for my kids without them in it just language stuff (I am a native French speaker) but not much time.
So I checked what is available and found a playlist called learning videos for 3 years olkd or whatever.

Inside where a lot of various videos most of them with hundreds and millions of views but from differwent channel the thing is some videos had nothing to d with education.

I started to wonder if someone created a playlist of huge vidos and added their videos to get recommended of suggested next to these huge videos and get some of their views.

DOes it make sense is it possible?

I mean it seems you can put anything into playlists ...

definitely possible. In fact people are encouraged to do this to boost their channels.

I've made a couple of playlists (undertale animations for example) and put my own animation in there, and then my favourites from creators I watch. I think it helps them get suggested with each other, and I make sure they all fit in well.

But that doesn't stop people spamming playlists (you may find this when searching a video title and going by most recent)
And making playlists with hundreds of unrelated garbage in them.

Thanks for your answer ! I knew that putting my own videos in a playlist helped But I never thought of added related content from other channel in them .
