Am I too "Small" to apply to Fullscreen?

Hey, so I've been on youtube for a little over 2 months and I make mostly comedy content (vlogs for now, skits and pranks coming in "Phase 2"). I have almost 4K views and am currently at 184 subscribers.

My friend (who's partnered with Fullscreen) was asking me if I was interested in joining. So my question is, am I too small to join Fullscreen?

Also, will I be able to find sponsors for certain videos with Fullscreen?

Generally if you go to site for the network, they tell you what their minimum requirements are to join them.

I'm with Fullscreen, and I know recently they have cut back on people joining. Just because the program is flooded with people spamming their videos. I mean SPAMMING. So far, I haven't really enjoyed Fullscreen. They have some good stuff to help with your videos. But most of it you can do on your own. Nobody really uses the forums. I've had more success on this site.

With less than 200 subscribers, it is very unlikely that any network would work to getting you sponsors.

If you follow the industry, networks, Fullscreen in particular, are heading in a different direction.
