Advice - joining a collab channel

So, I've been asked to join a channel, which is a few months old.
It's got less than a 1000 views, and around 15 videos
(they do a video mon - fri + I'd be tuesday)

Is it worthwhile joining do you think?

Or would it be best to just focus on my own channel.
or anyone else part of a collab channel and how well do you work together?
 
i think you should focus on your own tbh, your really funny on your own and i think this sort of thing you should do when they are bigger or if sum1 else offers :)
