Advice for Improvement

As a channel its been about 1 & 1/2 years and we have over 150 videos and we stand at 124 and I really just want to know what is it that's preventing from getting a little bit better on our growth rate. we been using other social medias but I really trying to see what we can do to see growth improvements and getting our channel more exposure?

In the profile settings put this url UC79BGhnX__wj8CNofpRBEtA instead of your name(youtube name) and link is going to work well
I watched the last video, in MY opinion too much of dubstep in intro, should probably change intro(I would not use it at all, and did ridiculous cuts on my old, previous videos) on something much better. Instead of putting full match of the game, you should cut and put the best parts of it, for ME its boring cant watch even 10 sec. Do some funny gaming montages, not that big as 16 min long video, a 5(or even less) min video would be enough. I hope that somehow i helped you.
