Hello, I try to develop a platform for the employee, and I want to make a youtube channel with lessons, but I have some questions.

1. Which software or platform I need to make something like this

I found a bunch of online platform for making carton animation, but which one to choose

2. Another question How to record and edit my voice? What software do I need to modify the voice and what microphone I need to buy?
