Advertising using Adwords

I would say don't spend much on that! As long as u have budget, u should do that!
PROS: You will gain lot of views
CONS: You will get less subs compared to views :)

I haven't personally used Adwords or any other paid advertising for that matter, but I have read a few peoples experiences with it. Some people say its worth it, other say that its not. Try it with a small amount of money first and just see how it goes.

I recently starting using this, but I may not be the best person to ask for advice. I'm a bit lost in how best to play around with the options to best optimize my campaign....
Just to give you an idea, the first two days it only generated about 44 views which is pretty bad![DOUBLEPOST=1430161816,1430142211][/DOUBLEPOST]Can this thread get bumped up to the top I'm really interested to hear from those who have previously launched a campaign with adwords.

If you dont mind me asking. How much did you pay for the 44 views?

I've seen decent results from it, my first ever video I uploaded gained about 2,500 views from one ad that I spent about 15 dollars on, it unfortunately wasn't worth it in the long run as the ad was just skipped, and I learned not to do that again. If you have a very short video, less than 2 minutes preferably, and run a decent ad of about 25-50 dollars, you'll probably do alright on it, just make sure you really put your all into it. I'm personally working on a channel ad that's about 1.5 minutes long and I'm going to budget out an adwords advertisement for about $100 and hope that it gains me some exposure.

Apologies for the late reply, but it counts as a view past 30 seconds, so at least 2,500 views of the ad were past the 30 second mark. It did not have but a few full views from the ad, but like I said, it was a long video and I was dumb about it.
