Advertisement on my video!? (17 subscribers)

So, I uploaded the Happy Wheels video below. And when it finished uploading I got a mail from YouTube saying that I was using content from "kbshowTV" but they didn't remove my video and I didn't get any copyright issues AND in the email they said that the only thing that was gonna happen is that my video would have an ad sometimes.

Am I the only one that this has happened to?

It hasnt happened to me but if youre using anything you dont own the rights to or have the rights to use then I see no harm in it, at least this way your account is safe and you dont have to remove the video.
