It`s not going to be a "video" it`s going to be videos, and there`s lots of different types of animation depending on what you`re animating.

I want to make a 10 second animation for minecraft

Oh, well there's other animation programs used for alot of Minecraft things, like Blender and a few others I can't think off from the top of my head right now, but I'd suggest looking into those type of programs.
