Adobe Premiere Pro - Rotating a video

The motion dropdown menu under the effects control tab.
Ok just found that option but I want it to rotate a complete 180 degrees when I drag the effect on the video it only does a 90 degrees. how can I make it 180?

Also sorry one more question I always wondered how to stabalize a video if its shaky on adobe.....is that possible?

Try effect>video effects>transform>horizontal/vertical flip.

There's probably tutorials online to stabilize videos, but I personally don't know how.

Do you have Adobe's After Effects? That's what is called a compositor rather than an editor. It will handle any video effects, including stabilization, that you might want to do.

The great thing about Adobe is you get Dynamic Link which is a seamless way of editing in the two programs. You can be editing your clip in Premiere, send it to After Effects while the Premiere project is still live and make your edits without it disrupting anything. Premiere automatically updates with the changes you made in After Effects.

Hope that made sense?

James.

Personally, I don't use effects like that. You can just double click on the video in the preview pane which will select it. Then you can click and move it around, resize it, rotate it, all visually. And if you have your motion keyframes active (drop down menu on the right side of the video segment in the timeline), then you can handle your on the go animation as well while rotating visually too.
