Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 long exporting times

I've Got It
Hello everyone! Recently I started to use Premiere Pro as my main video editing program, before that I used Windows Live Movie Maker. I really like Premiere Pro, but why does it take so long to render a video?!

Example I want to export a full HD 10 minutes long video (ok it's normal that it can take so long) but I got a good computer and Windows Live Movie Maker can export the same video under 5 minutes however with Premiere Pro it takes at least 2 hours to export it.

Can anyone give me some tips to decrease the exporting time. I need full HD videos though because I make gameplay videos on YouTube.

Computer specs (custom built):

Intel i7 2600k @ 3.4 ghz
Sapphire Radeon 6970 with 2 gb video memory
Corsair Vengeance 16 gb ram @ 1,6 ghz
500 Gb WD Caviar Blue hdd
1 Tb WD Caviar Blue hdd
(The rest of the components aren't important)

Try rendering on the settings that Youtube recommends (H.264, Mp4) and keep an eye on your bitrate and the number of render passes. 1 pass should be fine. Also keep an eye on your bitrate. I've got mine set to 25k, which produces files of 1-4 GB depending on length. Rendering never takes longer than 20 - 30 minutes, again depending on length.

Yea it took a long while for me depending on where in my video had effects. if It was just straight video with little effects it would take maybe 20 min.
I'm still trying to find a way to speed it up tho, my video because of the effects made it about hour and a half when it could've been 20 if it had no effects
