Activision and tmnt (related)

Has anyone posted vids of that new tmnt out of the shadows game yet? And If do have any of them been hit with activision yet? As a game reviewer and a tmnt fan how can i NOT review this game? But I don't want a copyright strike.

I have seen alot of videos about the game yesterday and see even more today so I don't think it's a problem. About the game though I can't really seem to find anything about gameplay before yesterday so I think this game came out of nowhere and for 15€ I don't what to expect.

Wow. I have been waiting all summer for this one since they kept pushing the date back. I'll be getting it tonight or this weekend.

I know Game Informer didn't like it one bit, but everyone's opinion is different. But I haven't heard about any issues with Activision either.
