Acifin Network Copyright claim?

So I recently uploaded 3 videos of Far Cry 4. After doing so they were flagged for copyright by Acifin Network. When I read this my only thought was "who or what the hell is Acifin Network?" After looking it up I realized its a promotional site to help youtubers. That's fine and all only.... they do not in any way OWN Far Cry 4. Ubisoft (The REAL owner of this game) has stated in the past:

"You are free to monetize your videos via the YouTube partner program and similar programs on other video sharing sites."

I made a claim dispute which hopefully YT will get on it ASAP though I will be patient. I am however curious on how Youtube moderates and decides on how things become copy written. Does anyone know how it works? Either way I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
If anyone had issues similar to this, Id like to know how long it took to get sorted out for you.

Best of luck to gamers :)

Maybe it was other content you used? Claims are handled automatically, when someone flags your content, the system looks at it, disables monetization on that video until it sees it either resolved, or removed. When you dispute, i believe then it goes to a real person who makes a judgement call.

That is, how i understand it, works. I may be wrong, but thats what i have been told, and assume.

This is merely a case of a network entering partner data into ContentID. The system shouldn't allow for it to be done in bulk like it currently is and networks should be a hell of a lot more careful than they are. Just dispute it and move on. Your dispute will be successful.
