About music channel

So I started a music channel where I want to provide no copyrighted music. The thing is for the beggining I took some tracks from other similiar channels and uploaded them. I read somewhere that I must have permission to post tracks from those authors. If so, how do I get permission?
 
You'll need to work on a lot of things on your channel.
You should get another background, The one you have now is Okey.. But not good.
And you will not going to get anywhere if you're just going to upload music, a lot of people think they get a massive amount of views when they upload a song like Gangnamstyle because the orignal video has a lot of them. They will probably click on the video that looks the most proffesional, So if they search for a song, They'll click yours and not just another video. You'll need a sexy video background :)
