A year old gaming channel that barely got off the ground

Hi, I'm new to YTtalk but My channel has been around since 2008 yet I only decided on March 1st 2012 to actually create videos and upload them to my gaming channel.

So far I have achieved about 700 subscribers in one year so my channel is doing okay but it could be do much better.
I always make sure to post videos daily and to add variety to the games I do.
I do old games, new games and quite a few games that may or may not be known by the majority of gamers out their.

I was wondering if people could check out my channel and a few of my videos and give me their feedback and maybe a few tips on what I could change or improve my channel and my videos.

I checked out your videos and they are pretty epic but i looked through your videos and to me all of them had 1/2 views from the past 2 weeks . Im really confused
 
A tip that I have learnt from other YouTubers on this forum is to not upload one video after another in a short amount of time, in other words take it easy and upload maybe 1 video every two days or so. I believe this tip is a really good one, until you get a bigger sub base which then will increase your upload demand.

An example of this is that you have over 700 subs and only a view or 2 on each of your videos, if they were on the featured video part of your channel for longer they may get more views.
 
I subscribed because the videos are decent, but as Moral said- there's too many videos. Try and space them out, 1 every second day to start off with. If it were me, my subscribers wouldn't have time or the patience to watch them all!

The reason why is that one of my videos that i did a year before i started doing lets plays had gotten about 15000 views and over time i got more and more subscribers from that one video.
Now it almost has 40000 views and is the most viewed video on my channel.
 
Oh snap dayum your pretty lucky bro that video just exploded :) I wanna see more videos like that on your channel and keep up the good work :)
