A songs tempo

I've been trying to create a click track on Audacity for Parkway Drive - Boneyards but am having some trouble as the tempo is forever changing, does anyone know if there are any programs which can create a click track, with the changing tempo or a program which can give me the different tempos?

Any help would be appreciated!

REAPER can make a click track for you, not sure about changing tempos though
If you drag a clip in Virtual DJ it will average the tempo, not sure if it will be dynamic or static though
