A simple task for someone with Photoshop

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone who could help me out by creating a thumbnail (in 2 different resolutions). There's even a tutorial (video & written) about it so it shouldn't be too much trouble, I would give it a shot myself if I had PS. If you're willing to help me out, I'll put your name & channel in the given video's description. So yeah, if you're up for it, please send me a PM and I'll tell you about the details.
