A new Monetization Plan Suggestion, particularly special for creative commons:
The creator of the video and the person whos content is used as CC , the monetization should be shared between the 2 parties.

Nah, if they do not make their own content - they should not be able to monetize. (Which is also why I would never post a vid as creative commons.)
