A lot of NEGATIVITY on YouTube at the minute :(

In the case where there are tons of dislikes, I would just disable ratings until they go away or when you built a large enough fan base/following to combat the trolls. :) As far comments, you can set it to approval only, and if needed, temporarily disable comments and block those that are trolling your channel or threatening.

As others said, don't give them the satisfaction, as they will eventually lose interest and move on to other things...
