A lot of help?

Ok guys, I need a lot of help, I need good ways of improving the appearance of my videos, increasing my video views, and ways of encouraging people to subscribe. can someone please help me?
 
I watched one of your videos and I notice you pause and say um a lot. That's the first thing you should work on. No, you don't have to stop saying them (well.. try, of course. It'll save you time during your editing process). Edit the ums and pauses out in the video editor to make your words quickly flow together.

As for a second piece of advice, like I tell everybody, keep uploading frequently. This will ensure people that you are active and it will make them want to subscribe to you. Nobody likes subscribing to someone who only makes 1 video every 3 months.

Your first videos are always going to be terrible. As time progresses, you'll become more comfortable and get in the groove of things. Good luck!
 
alright, ill cut the ums, and as for uploading frequently, i upload every Monday Wednesday and Friday :) what.about the appearance?
 
It's very minimal and I like it. Appearance doesn't matter much though, just have it reflect you=)

Thanks, that's helpful :) but I can't really answer to people comments when I HAVE NO COMMENTS! :( XD p.s I've been thinking of calling my subscribers "Calculators" because we are computer people, they could be my little calculators :p XD[DOUBLEPOST=1352214177,1352214083][/DOUBLEPOST]That way at the end of a video or something i could say something like "Do you want to be a calculator too? then click that little subscribe button, then you can walk around telling people you are a calculator, and you wont be crazy!"
 
I see a lot of people calling their subscribers a name but I don’t really know how important this is to be honest. I think it is just a trend. A lot of people do this but I think pewdiepie and his “bros” put this more mainstream. I think you just need to be engaging and try to incise interaction whether that be by asking questions to your audience or asking for opinions etc.
