Okay, I think I can help you =)
About Section: Add more to this, it'll help. A longer description of what your channel is about and what you hope for your channel to become eventually.
Thumbnails: While a few of your thumbnails have some depth, others slightly lack it. I admit that it can be hard to create a good icon, but you have to think of what would be an eye catching icon before you make it or submit it as your thumbnail. You need to be able to depict what the video is about just through the icon. Icons having to do with your personal stories through maple story gameplay don't really depict what you want. Maybe hold off on personal stories until you have a larger following?
Also, for thumbnails in a series or a playlist such as your unfair mario series, don't have "2" in the title but on the thumbnail instead.
Video Titles: Make sure they are clear and continue from previous titles in the playlist. For your unfair mario series, all three of the episodes I saw differ from one another in their titles. Maybe "Unfair Mario Ep 1" then "Unfair Mario Ep 2" etc etc.
Description: In each of your videos make sure there is at least 150ish words of description. It helps with tagging the videos (it's called meta-tagging) and when someone is looking at related videos on the side-bar they get a better idea of what your video is about.
Tagging: Make sure your tags are concise and work with the video. Only really try sentence tags (longer tags and not one word tags). One word tags such as #mario then #unfair then #anothersingleword don't help you at all, it actually hurts you. One word tags get the same amount of weight as full tags that have more relevance to your video.
Branding/Intro: The channel that is connected to my account is new right now, but if you check any of my four videos that I have up then you will since that I have a nice (3 second intro) and a long (10 second intro) on all of them. This helps you look more professional in the long run and helps boost audiences.
Outro: Make sure all of your videos have an outro, it's been proven to help subscribers and views. Look at the end of any of my videos and you will see.
Call to Action: Within your video make sure to ask for views to subscribe or like because they may not think of it otherwise, but only ask if they like it then to subscribe or like your videos.
Watermark: You can notice on all of my videos I have a watermark/subscribe button at the top right of each video, it's a faster way to drive subscription and it looks good.
Annotation: Annotation can be your best friend.
Now, I am not saying your channel is bad in anyway. These are just rules to follow for everyone just starting out, so good luck =)
