A good intro and outro

I haven't been on youtube that long but I've spent alot of time on making my channel look cool with thumbnails and my avatar e.c.t. But I was watching one of my videos back and relised I had forgot an intro and outro. I really can't make intros or outros and I was wondering if anyone has any tips to make one or knows someone who could make one for me?
