A good FREE game capture program?

hi i do gameplay etc and am in need of a new video recording software. i dont care about how user friendley it is as long as its free. also it would be a help if it had live recording so if i have a good race on f1 and dont record it i can just go back to it. thanks

Try Camtasia, it a 30 day free trial but great qualty w. editing

im 14 years old and cant exactly afford a freddo, never mind a good recording device
