First of is there any copyrighted material within the video?

yes but it should fall under fair use.

You can contest it, you should have a button to do so. Just make sure it does actual fall under the definition of fair use.

In the aftermath of this copyright claim.. I have won my copyright case against MLB Advanced Media.. i didnt expect them to release the claim so quick, but i guess when someone actually watches the video.. it made sense it wasnt pure copyright and rather Fair Use.
