It's against the rules. When you don't have the licenes you can't use it for monetization. Commentary does not make it legal.

I know Minecraft, Valve and League of Legends can be monetized, what other people told me (Head of TGN dutch for example) was that you can't make money from fair use.
He told me you need permission to make money out of it. And if I thought you could trust someone it would be the head of TGN dutch.

Please just read the thread I linked. If you do, you will learn that NO NETWORKS HAVE NO SPECIAL AGREEMENTS TO MONETIZE CONTENT! Which means they are all operating under fair use as well. I have talked to half a dozen network reps and have gotten NO evidence of any of the fabled agreements. More info at link.
