370ish Subs... How can I improve?

Basically our channel is sticking to the 370ish mark, can you guys leave some feedback on to how we can make things better to do with the video and also with the channel itself.

The front page will always show our newest video.

Can you just comment on the appearance and how everything appears. Also the quality and entertainment value of the video. Any feedback left is greatly appreciated!

When I seen "legend killa posted in your thread" i knew it would say something like that! Any feedback on the video?
 
Heya! About your video, here's a couple of things to improve upon

1: The intro is a very nice length, but the music kinda hurts my ears, I feel the music should be a bit more upbeat than dubstep; but if your subscribers like it and so do you, then keep it the way it is if you want

2: There was one guy on your video who sounded very scratchy, he yelled too much, and blew into his mic whether it be on purpose or on accident. You should tell him to lower his microphone receiver volume, not to yell as much, and make sure how far away the microphone is away from his mouth

The video quality is beautiful, 1080p is a bit overkill since it's not really needed, but if it doesn't affect your uploading speed to much on your part, then it's a nice bonus.

1. Yeah the intro was a player of ours and can't really change it cos its his own, rest assured our new intro will be better though :) Having it made now!

2. I tell him that and he says its fine but I'll emphasise it next time, good to know I was right but the problem has to be sorted then so thanks for pointing it out.

And yeah my internet speed is top 90% in the country so it doesn't matter to me!
