3700 US Views gives only 0.04$ how's that possible?

Hello guys, I got back to work on my old channel, I removed all the videos and started anew. But, I recieved My first 1K with 0 in earnings, and all my videos are monetized. Information about my channel.

90 Subscriber
4000 views from US-CA-UK - (they were 20K but I removed all the videos)
age: 5 years

Please tell me what's wrong guys? What should I do.
 
Moved to the networks / monetization forum. (The YTtalk support/suggestions forum is specifically for YTtalk forum support, not YouTube support. )
 
What you can try to do is remove monetization from your video and then reactivate it again, as dumb as it sounds it actually worked like a charm for some of my videos in the same situation.

Guess it`s worth noting that those vids had the yellow dollar sign, I asked for a review and all got the green dollar sign, but still they weren`t nearly earning as much as they were supposed to be given the traffic quality. So out of frustration I just demonitezed and remonetized them, and in the next few days the problem seemed to be fixed.
So it *might* be a bug affecting the limited ADs videos that can be fixed resetting the monetization.
