3 strikes per email or per channel ?

Hi guys,
I'm a newbie here and I have a question about copyright claims.
I have an email and I can create many channels with that email.
What will happen when a channel got 2 strikes and another channel got one more strike ?
My account still get terminated ?
Can anyone answer my question. Thank you very much :)
 
They say once your channel is banned, you can never make another one again. So it's more like, per person, than email.
 
Well, I don't quite understand the answer.
For example:
I have an email and I created 2 channels with that email (Channel A is primary and Channel B)
Channel A got 2 strikes. After that I change all videos status to Private and begin using Channel B.
What will happen when Channel B got one more strike ?
My email will not allow to access Youtube ? Or not ?

technically they ban your ip address.
