I'm not sure what gets me so many views but so little subscribers. Can somebody check out my channel and see if there is anything I am forgetting to do?

Well you have some videos of guns and I could imagine many people search for those. I have been watchonh those too sometimes so they are populair. But I could imagine people won't subscribe for that. It's also possible that some extern sites embed your video's in that case people wont see the subscribe button unless they click watch video on youtube.

your videos with the most views are just videos that are standalone and don't really relate to your channel
people will only subscribe to your channel if they find your entire channel interesting (or at least a segment of it) rather than just a single video.

If you tie your videos into a single approach then you'll be able to attract more subs, as your collection is very sporadic in terms of theme it's hard to see what they are subscribing to!
