20 Subs Video?

I was thinking about doing a 20 subscriber video but i'm not sure if i should get more subscribers or I should have a certain idea for it.

Yeah, especially when you're starting off. When you get more subscribers, obviously you aren't going to do something special every 20 subscribers, but if you want to celebrate, I'm sure you're 20 subscribers would appreciate it. I'd personally wait until that number was a bit higher, but it's totally up to you and I don't think there's necessarily anything wrong with doing a video at 20 subs.

Honestly? I wouldn't bother. It's a general rule of thumb that only 20-40% of your subscribers watch your stuff, on average. I'd wait until you hit something bigger like 500 subs. You'll have a couple hundred people to make a video for then.

I'd through a part at the end of one of your videos with you just saying thanks for the support, take about ten seconds and everyone is happy! no wasted videos and the subs you have feel appreciated!

500 subs is a big milstone for the beginner, if you wait until that, what if your subscribers ask "It's already 400 subs now, why doesn't he do a thanks video or something?"
