Just hit my 20,000 subscriber the other day!

I'll be taking any (nice) criticism and/or videos you would like to see in the future.!!

(cant post pic, cause i dont have 15 posts yet :/ ugh)
 
Congratulations.
Can you tell me from your experience how many monetizable views you average get from let say 100 000 regular views ? And if you know how much youtube networks usually pay for 1000 views ?
