you can sign up now, you won't lose anything, i've actually seen people here who have 700 subs and are partners already, you can give it a go, and if they denyed you, you can sign up again for partnership in 2 months and within these 2 months you can get more views and go more extreme to get that partnership:)

Thanks for the input and we have seen people with partnership and have that amount...and even smaller. But we are a gaming channel and looking to partner through TGN and they ask for us to get 600-1000 daily uploads on average on SocialBlade. We are 100-500 off and we really need a boost. We don't want to do anything bad like this one channel is doing. He told me he bought views for his old videos and got partnership because of that. I decided against that and want to do it legit. But anyways, hopefully we can get partnered some day.
 
Yeah man, if they like your content, a network will partner you despite the subs. Look at me haha
 
Even having a small fan-base can decrease the required views for that specific network. They want to know that people will be coming back to view your newest videos and engage with the audience. Happened to me. Go ahead and apply for many networks at a time It's not like you can't reapply.
