Well, it depends what you do on your channel. A common thing people do is have a Q&A (this works for pretty much everyone). Some people make a video that is bigger than anything they usually do. I myself make action videos and skits, so I'm really pushing myself to make a video that has both and is awesome :D

Common thing for a vlogger is a challenge. Maybe you could do that.
 
Do your viewers ask you questions and such in the comments a lot? It's really a celebration of your subscribers, so I'd really try to focus in on interacting with them... some people do giveaways as celebrations, but that's pretty complicated and probably not really worth it.

Your channel made me look up Christian Novelli, who I guess lives in my city? So that's a thing.
