I Love YTtalk
I'm not sure what I'm missing when it comes to getting subscribers. I see other channels with TONS of subscribers and less views, I just don't know what they are doing that I'm not doing. Can somebody check out a few of my videos and tell me what I'm forgetting? Thanks!

i think its because theres no true structure which slows the sub process less people are subbing because of good content its more because they dont want to be behind on an episode that or people are asking and asking for subs

There is no theme to your videos. People subscribe not because they like one video but because they see more of what they like and a promise that there will be steady, successive videos. If perhaps you started a series or vlogging or had a theme which you regularly uploaded videos for then people would subscribe. I see something funny or weird on youtube I don't just subscribe. I only subscribe if I know that they are going to come out with more stuff that I like. Your channel just has a bunch of random videos, some of them might go "viral" but if you don't or can't promise that there will be more of the video they enjoyed then they wont subscribe.

Your videos aren't subscribeable you make of videos I would like but not any I would want to see every day. you know where I'm getting at? I suggest you make more series.

I think that maybe I need to organize them better then... I have a ton of dog videos that I add to really often, and I just started doing my time lapse photography. I made a few playlists to try to organize them, but that doesn't seem to be working. Any tips as far as organizing everything besides playlists?

Make a video response to each of your videos in your series

Nobody wants to watch dog videos every day, no offense. However, time lapse photography maybe. The problem is that the time lapses arent presented in an interesting way. For example the ice melting: I would have done several angles and also not have just put the glass on my table..??? I mean cmon thats not professional at all. At least pick a good background, use a nice small aperture and really get in close so people can really watch what is happening.

Yeah I just started doing the time lapse thing, the videos I have so far are mainly to test out my camera settings and capabilities, so the quality may not be there for a while. I still have to experiment with the different angles and everything before I shoot anything higher quality.

views does not equal subs all the time.. my channel only had about 182 subs with 6 million views.. off random videos.. then i started doing gaming videos and in 2 months ive grown to over 2800 subs.. you just have to find a audience for your channel

I would also recommend fewer uploads. Try to limit yourself to only a couple good videos a week. People usually won't watch someone who uploads multiple times a day, plus, there's the fact that doing so will cover up your second most recent video and fewer people will see it. Good luck though!
