when upload videos

Hello everyone! I was wondering how you guys decide when to upload (and when not to upload). We have recently gained the feature of 'planning in' videos, but we are not sure how to use that efficiently. So, if you guys follow any schedual at all, how did you get to it?

As the title said, "When did you start your Youtube Channel". I started 1 year ago in July 4th

I do weekly videos and have been posting mostly on Mondays or Tuesdays, in the early mornings around midnight, Pacific time. I was just curious to know which is the best time and best day to publish the videos. Please advise :-) Thanks...
