vp9

Hi! Im quite new to this but I found out that I must export my 1080 clip as a 4k or at least 2k and maybe 60 fps to get the VP9 codec. I have seen a few clips on YT about this but I still get the AVC1. Did they recently changing something so that its not possible anymore or am I still doing...
