permissions tab

My friend with a YouTube Channel had me as a co-Manager for some years; I uploaded many videos to the Channel... Now, all of a sudden, I cannot access the Channel because the Permissions Tab under his Settings has disappeared! How can get get his Permissions Tab restored? Thanks in advance...
