non-native english speakers

My channel is doing good actually, just past 10.000 views but mostly because of the supporters from my other non-english channel that has 70k subs. I'm still not getting many views, comments or subs from countries like USA, UK, Canada etc. So this question is always bugging me; do non-natives...
