non believers

Wazzzup everyone =) How do you guys deal with the non believers... that say you are wasting your time and your videos suck lolz I am pretty new to youtube so I don't have a ton of content.. but most of my channel is vlogs,cooking and sketches... I try to upload every week but some days I can't...
