need more views

Hello, I need everyone's help here, I do want to get subscribers and grow my channel very fast, but I don't know how I can do it, please if you have anyway out to helpe please let me know, thank you very much.

Hey guys, I've only posted 4 videos so far. I'm brand new to this, but I'd like to find someone to help me grow. I'm not terrible, I promise, I'm just not popular enough :( Please let me know if you're willing to help me out. If you're new too, then let's help each other out :)

I have a Youtube channel that is mostly based on gardening, Turtles, and Animals. I feel that I work very hard on my videos, spending sometimes hours or more to edit them, but I still only average about 5 views per video. Sometimes if i am lucky I will maybe get 16 views. I need help, please...
