Hello! I have been connected to Zoomin 3 days ago. During this time I asked something in their support via email, but I didnt receive any answer =( Is it normal for them like 3+ days delays?

Also I turn on monetization on all my videos by myself, I put "monetize in all countries" and checked all 3 boxes. But I can see only overlay ads, no in-stream. Does this mean that my videos arent fully aproved for all time of ads or what?
 
In stream ads will not come up 100% of the time, but you should see them if you go to enough of your videos. As for the support, I am not under Zoomin, so i cannot respond to their average response time.
 
I think they have 2 support team members who are also the people who link and unlink channels, since Zoomin has 6,000+ partners, I'd say those guys are busy :D
 
yea I am a partner with ZoominTV it seems normal for them to take 3 days or more to get a reply out to you
