ZoominTV - Some question

Hi my friends!
I meet yesterday with Zoomin TV. Many people say on forum and other site, they have guaranteed 4 dollars cpm or higher. I think it's too much, it's sound scam. But i'm not sure about that.
So i have some question for partners with Zoomin TV, before i join this network.

- The cpm is really higher than other?
- They really pay for people?
- It's true, when i am join the network, i am in 3 month trial or what?
- After 3 month (if yes), they pay the 3 month money what you can get it?
- When they pay the money? I hear from someone we have to wait 5 weeks or what.

Sorry for my bad english, i hope you can help me.

ZoominTV is a legit network, but I don't think they guarantee 4$ CPM. Because lately they start to accept alot of people (They also invited me) so it could become very expansive for them.

The cpm is good, not massively higher I don't think, I've never heard of a guaranteed cpm.
Yes they pay lol.
Yeah they have a 3 month trial upon joining, however you have to give 1 months notice to cancel I think so keep that in mind, after that it's a 1 year lock in with a 1 month notice to cancel at the refresh time too.
They pay in the trial too (kinda the point) the trial is just the period before you are locked in.
They pay the same as everyone else it's how youtube works, they pay near the start of the month 1 month after the money was earned, so for what you earned in January you'll get payed near the start of march.

This one confuses a lot of people because they worded it badly in the "terms".

It's a flat 3 month trial, it just can take a few weeks to a month to have YouTube unlink the channel. So someone who gives their notice on the last day of the 3 months, might not technically be disconnected until the end of the 4th month. Everyone still has those 3 months solid to make up their mind however.

It only takes a couple of minutes to unlink a channel from the network (same goes for adding a channel). If they make you wait a month then they just want that extra money from your channel before you leave.

So are your internet, phone and power bills. They can shut it down at the click of a button, but they all have a 30 day notice period. Every network does this as well. From a business side, it's important to keep some element of stability in the revenue stream. Of course they want the extra money, just like every subscription or term based contract in the business world.

That said, with my sub-net, I've only ever had to disconnect 2 people (One hated having to avoid copyrighted music, the other got a strike). Both were nigh instantaneous.

Tarmack It sounded like you meant it as: it takes YT a month to remove a channel from CMS. And I was pointing out it takes literally two clicks to remove a channel, you may want to add a little note encase someone else thinks the same. Sorry - my mistake.

If your contract does not include a clause that guarantees you a $4 CPM (after their cut and Google's) and if it drops below $4 you can terminate the agreement then it's not guaranteed what-so-ever.

Yes. I hate how people do not realize this. Lots of networks these days advertise like $3-$10 CPM's. I ask some of them why they do that and they say it's an "average" of their partners CPM's. I really doubt that sometimes. It's all just a trick usually to get people who don't know much about partnerships to just sign their contract. If it's not in the contract, it's not guaranteed. I totally agree with ya! :p
