Yeah I had a few mails for them as well. I just marked them as spam.

My network gets solicitations all the time as well. I just reply back

"You're attempting to recruit another network to your network, gj."

If you're stuck in a contract, I guess it is spam (and I probably wouldn't suggest switching to people like that network), but what's wrong head hunting?

It's not about the head hunting. I do it myself for my network. It's the not bothering to do a bit of research before sending a message. I always check SocialBalde to see if the person I want to contact is partnered on another network. :-/
